Family day at Carmans: St Nicholas brings smiles to 30 children
A warm family day at Carmans with a visit from St Nicholas, who put a smile on 30 children's faces during a cosy afternoon for staff and their families.
Last weekend, we threw open the doors at Carmans for a family day. Colleagues, partners and children were all welcome for a relaxed afternoon together – and we had some very special guests!
St Nicholas and his helpers made their entrance on the yard and gave no fewer than 30 children a moment they won't forget. There were presents, smiles, a little healthy nervousness and, above all, lots of happy faces.
Beyond the visit from St Nicholas, there was time to get to know each other away from work, catch up and enjoy a warm, relaxed atmosphere together. A moment to pause and think about what binds us: teamwork, family and pride in what we build together.
